Again, not much time to write so here are the results:
Round Three This House would make Holocaust denial a crime: 2-1 loss against Scotland (but, according to one judge, we outstyled them)
Round Four This House would not have governments place limits on the areas which scientists may research: 3-0 win against Slovakia

Well done the Scots, and Canadians you seem to be doing great keep it up!
If the Scots are as strong as they usually are, and so are you, then I suspect you'll have another go at them before the tournament's through. So I hope you were paying attention to their weaknesses—physical and otherwise.
Great job, though—to be 3-1 with 10 ballots is very impressive!
